Madison Heights Apartments

I was approved to move in on 1/15/26 were given my keys but after that; I had to really be honest with myself as well as to Apryl helping me get out of my lease bcuz its No smoking in this community and she did exactly what she stated. I don't know if you can so let me reach out to my boss. Within an hour she reach back to me with good news. So for me she rocks My 5 STARS thank you Christina Alexander

I moved in January. I love love love my place. Its very clean and quiet. The staff is very nice and caring. I have no problem at all. Its very close to different stores which is a plus for me. I would recommend 10!10.

First I want to start off, my first visit to the property…I was extremely impressed with Mrs. Jen and the manager. They took the time to get to know me and listened to my concerns and needs. Mrs. Jen was professional and answered all of my questions and made me feel welcome.

Apartments were nice, the employees are pathetic and horrible! They like to talk crazy then as soon as you match the energy they don’t want to lease to you! Or of course call the police… I moved and for some reason my mail was still coming there, after i of course changed my address. I called the office trying to get my mail and Jennifer, the worst one there got smart sayin someone else moved in and I can’t get the mail And something about it’s illegal to go in the mailbox. Of course I went and knocked on the door and no new resident even lived there. 8 minutes later she calls saying I can come get my mail and I said “Thank You” before even hanging up! I get there within 7 minutes and grab my mail. Jennifer said sarcastically “You Welcome” ! I just kept walking because i honestly said than

Management is a disgrace to customer service and humanity. They have no professionalism and will talk to you like a dog. They will ignore your concerns. Their only response is to threaten to not renew your lease if you try to bring a concern to their attention. They are clearly there just for a pay check. Don’t waste your time and peace to live in a place that has no regards for their residence wellbeing.
