Wakefield Terrace Apartments

My apartment itself is nice but every time they evicted someone we started getting roaches. ( I have never had roaches) There is no real security, there were ppl sleeping in the laundry room downstairs and a guy in the hallway that made himself at home. A lot of outside ppl dump trash and overflow our dumpsters and it is hard to nail down a contract person because the management and ownership has changed since I moved in 8 months ago. Drug activity is a concern, I run my air purifier 24/7 or other ppls smoke comes all through my apartment. I’m adding pictures that include the good, the bad and the ugly.

Look frfr you can say whatever about these apartment and it may be all true..But I do know if you dont want the bugs and other bullshit you can make it happen... I dont have bugs cuz I keep it clean. My neighbors dont bother me cuz I mind my business not theirs. I am A DIY'ER and yeah I ffix My stuff that may break....if I cant fix it...just press maintenence in a respectable way it'll get done.. .but guess what....there are perks....they not all that pressed if im late or short a couple months....I can....yeah mean......dont gotta worry about if my car will be towed or my ppls car if they come thru...and the rent is not all outrageous. I have been only living here for two Months and I have to say that it’s pretty quiet but my only issue is that I have been trying to get in contact with the rental office and I cannot get a hold of no one smh I have issue in my apartment that needs to be fixed and I have not heard from Anyone in two months and it’s really frustrating… why have a number of no one answers? Then the laundry hours were changed and it’s closed on the weekends smh I don’t know about others who live there but I work weekdays and off on weekends and I would like to wash my clothes when I’m off but it’s very inconvenient that I have to go to the laundromat for this I’m just really disappointed and thinking about moving out at this poiny

Do not move here. It is ROACH infested! Trash is everywhere. Homeless Urinate and defecate in the stairwells. You can see roaches in the stairwell, main halls, on ceilings. They lie and claim they exterminate; make you take everything out of cup boards, closets, kitchen and bathroom, remove pets just not to show up. You go to the rental office and they give you traps and make excuses. Unwanted guest that hang in the hallways, stairwells, and laundry room. There are no locks on the main entrance doors anyone can walk in. High school kids skip school and have a time honey. Weed smoke, liquor bottles, chip bags, and the latest skittles trash up and down the hallways. Kids hang during the day and the homeless sleep at night. The people they have allow to move into the apartments contribute to

this should say more then enough about the poor staff at this establishment . i have called 20 times in the last 20 minutes looking for assistance . this isn’t just today it’s all the time . poorly managed , lazy staff . ESPECIALLY BUILDING SERVICE
