So unsafe with vandalism, robberies, unsafe parking lots. Prob theost crime area is Charles county. Stay clear of these.
The most dirtiest looking apartment complex, a lot of people hang outside with no respect when people are walking in the apartment buildings. They need to tighten up on security around there. The apartments are not secure at all.
