I did my application since October and I still don’t have a place then I get a phone call saying I have a move in date on the second and then when I get there, nobody know what I’m talking about and the lady that I was talking to was the one that called me, but she can’t even remember that she called and said that to me and I have a text message or voice message to verify it. This place is the worst.
The employees and property manager are horrible. The new property manager so rude and fighter. She doesn’t like to respond to the renters. Last time I was there to ask about my rent she said I don’t have time to talk to you. She pointed my face.I never seen in America like them. Why the company doesn’t hire a educator person to be property manager. I feel very bad when I go to ask something.
The management company is Preservation Partners......horrible. Just plain horrible.
The WORST apartment management company I've ever seen.
