Gleneagles Apartments

I have been here about 2 years. And soon enough I should be moving out. These apartments are infested with cockroaches along with other bugs. I see them constantly in the apartment downstairs. Also with the maintenance they are truly horrible when it comes to getting things fixed. I have constantly told them the dryer and washer are messed up. I had to constantly put in tickets to get it fixed. And every time they show up they always say we don’t see anything wrong with it. I am still waiting for the washing machine board to come and the dryer is still not fixed I recently had them come back out and he saw that the dryer is still broken then later he quickly changed his story after the dryer started to warm up after he could see it’s not functioning properly. There needs to be doggy trash cans to place waste. Also the doggy bag station doesn't have doggy bags for use. I' put in a maintenance request for a missing blind over a month ago......still waiting.

My repair tickets keep getting closed even though the issue is not fixed. Staff can’t keep up with the continuous issues but they can send me pictures and letters regarding boxes on my porch that goes against the rental agreement. The audacity! Opening repair tickets are just for show around here.

The actual work to fix my maintenance issue was amazing! I just don’t know why it took almost 2 weeks to come fix the issue. Very slow response but great work. I’m thinking maybe they prioritize the emergency issues but then again I still don’t understand the long turn around.

Gleneagles Apartments has demonstrated a lack of professionalism in handling maintenance requests. When residents contact maintenance for services, they are not provided with a specific time or date for when the work will be completed. Instead, maintenance staff arrive unannounced, often unable to address the issue fully because no one is home to provide further clarification. In one instance, we were informed that repairing a broken toilet in our two-bedroom/two-bathroom apartment was not considered a priority, as we had another functional toilet. Most concerning, after a recent maintenance visit, the staff failed to lock our apartment door upon leaving. I discovered later that day that the front door was left unlocked and could be opened without a key, posing a significant security risk
