Wakefield Place

So this place itself is like a 5/5. The maintenance is fast. The office workers are nice. The units are AMAZING ❤️ But it CAN be a 1/5 depending on your neighbors and how your treated by management. When I first moved in they were rediculously nosy to an obnoxious point. I also dealt with a bunch of micro aggressions and just straight racism. Every brown person in the building knows it we want the other lady to be landlord. The day she retires is the day this place will actually not be awful. Neighbors assuming a mess was mine so on because I was the only black person. Them being stricter with me when there's a bunch of people in the building damaging their units, painting walls, doing things they aren't even supposed to. If they focused on ACTUAL smokers they'd probably find the problem c

Been here a couple of months and love it!! Cathy and Linda are awesome. Always welcoming. The neighbors are friendly. The hallways are always very clean. Maintenance is quick to respond. The neighbors are very kind and respectful. Lots of working families and elderly here. Have had my door decorations up for a while, no one's touched them. This place is very well take care of. My son and I are so happy here!

Not as good as it was a few years ago, upkeep is lacking because of inflation and short staffed. Great location and plenty of parking. Apartment's are nice but the price is not. Sometimes you have to wait to get a place but there's Alot to like about living here.

The apartments here are beautiful. All of the equipment here is over 30 years old so it requires maintenance and repairs. There is a pool, a gym, a common room, local transportation and plenty of activities.

Office staff, mainly Linda, very rude, unprofessional, lies to tenants, and just overall nasty, disgusting attitude!! .... It's actually quite embarrassing that Linda, whom works in the office, that she'd come on here and actually post a review about how great staff an the building is...... these reviews are for the public, visitors, families, and tenants to post about their experiences an everything at this place, not for the owners or office staff. Linda is the only staff member that every tenant and visitors have had issues with an being treated an talked to like everyone is trash!!
