No on site management. It says no dogs, there are around 20 or so dogs here. Maintenance is not good. Some maintenance request never get done. There is some kind of water issue. Not sure yet what it is. The town flushes the hydrant several times a week. I spoke to the person flushing the hydrant, he said he could not comment on it, I had to speak to the higher ups. I called the water department and they gave me 3 different answers. I called the mayor's office, I got a different answer. Now we got notified by the complex that they are going to come in or town house and check the water meters. We don't have water meters. The complex emailed me and said the town will be checking them. Again we don't have water meters in our units. What is the real answer? Just tell us the truth.
Some townhouses are much nicer than others. However property management is less than stellar
We love the land Lord he has respect for us
Smoking pot is legal. Get over it or move.
