Silver Linings Management

My daughter has been trying to get the roof repaired for the past month! She has an ACTIVE LEAK in the roof!! Not sure what the issue is with your supposed management company! The roof is leaking!! Unprofessional at its finest! I caution anyone who comes across this mgmt company to think twice before signing on the dotted line. Because they are not living here they obviously don’t care! BTW: Just so you (and anyone else who comes across your shabby business) THERE ARE NO SHINGLES ON THE PART OF THE ROOF THAT IS LEAKING! So……. That just might be the cause of the leak! I had applied for multiple properties on their website. It did take about 2 weeks to hear back from anyone and I was frustrated when the phone number continually directed me to the website. I was about ready to give up. I finally rec'd an email form Silver Lining stating they were unable to approve my application due to a court case for non payment of rent several years ago. I informed Silver Lining That this was due to me being hospitalized for some time and unable to communicate with landlord, etc. I asked them to please revisit my application because the court case was satisfactory and ended in landlord receiving all money owed as well as me getting my security deposit back. Silver Lining management is top tier! Makay and her team have assisted with many of my first time landlords and walked them through the process step by step. They are professional, courteous, and extremely organized. My landlords do not have to think or do anything because the team handles new tenant inquires, move ins, move outs, repairs, payments etc! Highly recommend!

My experience with Silver Linings PM has always been top notch. They respond within reasonable time frames and always act appropriate and professional. Firm but fair which is the way a business like this should be run! Protecting their clients and being responsive and professional to tenants.
