Waggoner Creek Apartment Homes

I grew up in Texarkana & moved back here after beiing in the DFW area for 32 years & I can honestly say this apartment complex is much nicer than most of the apartments in DFW & with a more reasonable price. I love my new home! I have a one bedroom with plenty of space and closets with a nice little patio. The landscaping is well kept. The complex is in a great location, very quiet, close to shopping , family & pet friendly. The office & maintenance staff are great! Very efficient , friendly, & helpful. I especially thank Rachel for lettiing me come here to use their guest WIFI to fill out my application I before I moved in. So gracious! Love the amenities such as the gym, various activities & the beautiful pool. So glad I cam back home. :) I highly recomment Waggoner Creek.

I recently toured Waggoner Creek Apartment Complex, and I wanted to share my thoughts. The first thing that struck me was the well-maintained landscaping and the overall curb appeal of the property. The exterior had a fresh and inviting look, making it feel like a pleasant place to live. During the tour, I was impressed by the spacious layout of the apartments. The living areas were bright and airy, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The kitchen was modern and included nice appliances, and I was pleased to see that each unit comes with a washer and dryer, which adds a lot of convenience. Have been a lot of recent improvements. Have great staff. Pool and hot tub open year round now and place is so much more like a real community with our newer workers. They are all great. Much pleased with changes in personnel and with recent improvements. Cannot wait to see future rewards for us tenants and especially the new apartments to be built in next couple years

I had an amazing experience touring Waggoner Creek Apartment Homes! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. The community is beautifully maintained, with great amenities and spacious floor plans. Waggoner Creek Apartments has been the best decision in choosing where to live for me and my family, especially being new to the area. Ladonna and Rachel do an amazing job in making sure you feel welcome and at home here. Not to mention, this is a great area in town to live in and it is the only gated community there is with schools, grocery stores and shopping centers just around the corner. Maintenance is top notch making sure whatever problems you have get fixed immediately. Highly recommend!!
