Very disappointing experience with VP Realty Services. Communication was inconsistent, and maintenance expectations changed after move-in. I was repeatedly told to follow requirements that went beyond normal industry practice, including rigid enforcement of maintenance items without clear explanation or flexibility. Despite raising reasonable questions, responses felt dismissive and overly transactional. Rather than working collaboratively on routine issues, the focus seemed to be on shifting responsibility and potential costs to the tenant instead of maintaining the property professionally. I would not recommend VP Realty Services to tenants who value transparency, fair treatment, and clear communication.

Poor communication. Misrepresented the pet policy on a rental. Stated they would refund an application fee. Two weeks later nothing received.

Rented a Property through them and was not impressed. Not only were they an hour drive away but they were never there and don’t answers their phones hardly. Got approved for a house and moved in but moved out that same week because they didn’t do their homework and the house was not approved by HOA. Wow. Such a fight to get my money back too. Would HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND.
