We was thinking about it. Walked around then I smelled the dog shit. Then I saw the dog off the leash. Big ol dog, what i didnt understand was them letting the dog shit in front of the rooms. An older lady noticed my disgust and said to me "they dont care, sir." Took a closer look and realized these people had the whole area covered in dog shit. The older lady said she can smell the dog shit through her ac unit, that was the beginning of the end, right there. Its not what they said, really. It's what I SAW. Dont want to give my money to people who tell me they care when they obviously don't. Who know what else they are allowing here. Other than that mess, it WAS promising. Maybe after they get people in who care or can make the place welcoming to those who don't care to have to watch out

So far everything has been good here it has been and nice quiet here so far. Marvin and melonie are both very helpful and friendly. Neighbors here also also very nice also so far. I only have to pay $1058 per month on a 13 month lease that includes electricity, basic cable, water, rental insurance the only thing I have to pay for is laundry which is 2.50 per load.

Very nice neighbors need to have trash compactor or the residents know when is bulk days for the trash that’s unacceptable also idk…Ijs…the pool was nice now it looks so nasty with algae in it have a suggestion box or something for written notice for moving etc…stop price gauging for an online payment for rent an inconvenience fee is for late payments not on time payments.

Good starter apartment. Just need better WiFi. It goes in and out often

I would like to remind every client who wants to rent a house that this company is not good. When their manager told us to pay some deposit, we waited for a long time, wasting our time, and got a reply telling us that we did not meet the rental conditions. When we asked them to return the deposit, their manager never replied to us. I hope everyone will not go to this company. They are not a responsible company and have no integrity. We found another company that was very enthusiastic in helping us rent an apartment.
