I want to share a very positive experience. My wife and I moved in about two months ago and the entire process was the most transparent and seamless move-in we have ever had. I would like to personally thank Lexi Goodwin for taking care of us and helping us through the move in. We were visiting the area with my parents and dropped in to check out the apartments, Lexi fit us in to a schedule for a tour where she drove us to various units and amenities while telling us great local places to go. There was no pressure or any weirdness, just straight up, “this is what units are available and these are the prices for units and add ons.” I really appreciate straightforward transparency. Do NOT live here! Our experience wasn't all that bad until we moved out. We moved out at the end of September and were prorated for September. We paid for September at the end of August. At the end of September, we received an email saying that we owed more money for September and the 1st of October. A week later, we got an email stating that we owed even more money for damage fees. They said that they had to replace the carpet because of "strong pet odor." If I had to guess, they probably say that to everyone who has dogs in their apartment. Who knows if they actually replaced the carpet. We started contacting them about this issue when we received the first email about the delinquency on September 30, 2025. My experience at this apartment complex has been excellent. The team was very kind and welcoming, and my apartment was consistently clean and well maintained. The leasing office staff followed up promptly and truly went above and beyond to assist me. Highly recommend, Thank You Amiya !

I called the property and spoke with Angelia about the community and pricing. She was so friendly and helpful, and she encouraged me to stop by for a visit. When I did, I had the pleasure of meeting Amiya and Lexi — they were so nice and welcoming! They went over everything Angelia had explained and made sure I understood the entire process. Before the new manager took over we had a reasonably decent experience but in the past 3 months we’ve had no response to tickets, they drive around the complex after hours stalking neighbors to make sure no one is having any fun. They’ve closed the small pool because the don’t like the activity but won’t say what they don’t like. We can’t wait for our lease to expire - or the management to be fired. If they leave before our lease expires we might renew since we’ve been here years but I would rather be set on fire than live here with the current management.
