Ben set up inspection very quickly. He was extremely thorough. Explained all aspects of the construction and insured everything was done correctly and to code. Found some things that needed to be fixed. His detailed report with pictures made it simple to show to the sellers and repairs were made without hassle. Very worthy investment for the biggest purchase of your life. Ben has given us peace of mind that we won’t have to worry about unforeseen issues coming up down the road. Absolutely excellent service! Ben answered my phone calls and all of my questions immediately. His inspection was thorough and very well documented.
