We ended up in Beaufort on accident when making a move from Las Vegas to Savannah (long story) and moved into a Bundy rental recommended by a friend who rented from them. We initially got a six month lease, thinking we would be moving again soon. Six years later, we finally said goodbye! Renting from this company was a great experience. The house was a little run down and had some issues because of its age, but maintenance always did what they could and knew when to tap out and tag in professionals like plumbers or electricians. The office workers are all very nice and always answered any questions I had. They were very fair with us throughout the pandemic when our finances took a hit, and over the years we had a couple times where rent was late whether it was a death in the family or just

The staff are very friendly and I was able to find a place for my daughter and I. I had a few plumbing issues and they sent someone out the same day to fix it. I Highlands recommend them to anyone looking for a place to rent. Mrs. Cindy was especially great. She got all my paper worked done and had me in my place within a couple of days. They do absolutely nothing for our neighborhood HOA. We’ve tried multiple times to make a change in our neighborhood. Worst management of an HOA I’ve ever seen. They will continually charge fees yet do nothing in return for the neighborhood. Honestly seems like a scam and a way to threaten money out of people.

We used Bundy for many years to manage our rental property in Beaufort. We never had worries about maintenance and definitely felt comfortable with the quality of tenants they screened and rented our property. If you’re a property owner and are looking for a management company to handle it for you, I definitely recommend utilizing their services.

I've rented through BAM for roughly two years, and have nothing but positive things to say. Any issues I've had have been addressed the same day they've been reported, and are usually fixed as quickly. It's obvious that they really care about providing a good experience to you as a tenant, and operate in an ethical, honest way.
