Amazing apartment complex great leasing office staff. Pool is included along with a weight room and coin laundry on site small basket ball court as well! Large apartments for single family's and couples. Apartments are updated interiors and full kitchen appliances. Any service requests are handled quickly and professionally. Very close to all places you need food shopping including the dayton mall just a very manageable 5 minute walk. And night life just around the corner. Complex is very clean and quite perfect for all walks of life.

I love my 1bdrm loft. The parking can be a pain at times, but it's all good. The neighborhood and neighbors are quiet and you are close to everything. The cable, wi-fi, and electric are all included in your monthly rent. You can't beat that with a bat, lol. The amenities we have access too (pool, basketball court, and workout room) are great! Tatiana, the office manager is so sweet. She made the whole process quick and easy from start to finish!

This has been my first ever apartment- Tatiana- the head manager, is super friendly. She is such a wonderful help with everything as I have been getting settled these past few months, making sure I am comfortable.(I can tend to ask quite a lot of questions haha) She is seriously the best and has always been attentive through this whole process, she truly cares. Maintenance is on it as well! Kudos to him. The neighbors all keep to themselves as well, and are also super friendly! Very happy with my choice. ◡̈

Tatiana is wonderful!! I was in the area and did not have an appointment. She stopped what she was doing and showed me the property. I love hotels and thought this was such a cool concept! They offer great amenities. I think living here would feel like you’re always on vacation! Thank you for all the information and your kindness!

I’ve been living here for about a month and a half and it’s been exceptional. My unit came in great condition upon move ins . The work orders I had put in upon move-in were fulfilled rapidly. Tatiana, the property manager has been nothing but kind to me. The location is also perfect. Right next to the mall. I would definitely recommend this place!
