No one could have done better than Dakota, he sold my house fast, above asking (27K above) and made the process seamless! One of the agents working for this company outright lied about an entire discussion regarding the day our realtor would receive keys. (To give some background to other readers, we granted occupancy to the previous homeowner following closing, and then she stated during the closing appointment on multiple occasions she would be out prior to the final date, WITH HER AGENT PRESENT.) This has caused much frustration for our family and our plans to move into our new home. After reaching out to my realtor to ask about the keys I was informed that this individual stated no dates prior to the 28th were ever discussed. LIES.
