Miamisburg Estates

Love my apartment, it’s on the older side but maintained well and maintenance is quick to resolve issues. It’s fairly quiet and I have friendly neighbors. The manager is also very nice and has great customer service and is a joy to talk to which I find rare these days.

Just moved here not quite 3 weeks ago. So far everything is going well. Office staff were professional and helpful, especially during my application process. My apartment was newly renovated, so there's all new cabinets, floors and carpet. Refrigerator wasn't working properly, work order was submitted and handled within a couple of days. Maintenence workers were friendly and professional. So far, the building is pretty quiet, no issues with other neighbors. Based on my experiences so far, I would recommend Miamisburg Estates apartments. Giving 4 stars simply because I've been here for such a short time.

Lived here for a little over a year and absolutely hated it. They dont let you view the apartments before you buy them, roaches were spotted multiple times while I lived there in the hallways etc., the apartment manager is extremely rude (multiple other people who I know that have lived here have also had issues with her).The maintenance guy is nice but I think could use more training as he would come and watch youtube ‘how to’ videos while trying to fix issues and most the time still not get it fixed. They also will randomly raise your rent. Do not recommend at all.

I only say 4 instead of 5 because I just started. Haven't really moved in. Wish the WiFi was more flexible because I feel like it's overcharged for. However, it's very spacious and clean.

Management is horrible and he willnot hesitate to lie to you to get you to move in... Apartments are infested in Mice and roaches and told residence to spray themselves. If you complain be careful as we received a notice to vacate because they did not wish to continue our month to month. Water damage in j7st about every building. Please PLEASE for the sake of your health do not move here.
