Vista Gardens Apartments

I would not recommend moving to Vista Garden Apartments. The pictures speak for themselves. My mother-in-law has been living here for 13 years, and even though this apartment complex offers housing benefits, they should still maintain the units and keep them up to code. We have complained multiple times about the poor condition of this apartment, but nothing has been resolved. They installed a PVC pipe running from the ceiling into the bathtub, making it impossible to even take a bath. I'm certain there's mold here, yet management has shown no interest in addressing or investigating the issue further. Additionally, management has promised several times over the past two years to make necessary modifications for handicap accessibility, but nothing has been done. Despite a recent change in

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Someone I know lives in these apartments are fed up and moving out as soon as her lease is over. She had a leak in the ceiling in one of the rooms and they half way fixed it. She had to throw away her mattress.Now the apartment has mold and when asked the old and new management when will they fix it, they say it will be fixed but it’s already been almost a year and nothing has been done. When they asked about the progress, the office staff and manager always has an attitude and say it will get done. The staff takes advantage of her because of her being a senior citizen. And when notified them that any other problems with the apartment, they try charging her for maintenance work that needs to be done.

Vista gardens is amazing. The management is friendly and understanding and worked with me to provide a safe place for my family. The ladies always have special events for the residents and they are quick to fix things in the unit. I love living here and I'm planning on renewing my lease!

I love the new management they are not for themselves. Mrs Lisa is so awesome she is very professional when handling situations or problems needed right away. My fiancé and I have been residing here for almost nine months and when I say prior to Mrs. Lisa coming nothing was getting done and now I have no complaints about our new property manager thank you Mrs.Lisa for making a big change to this apartment community it was much needed. Came here looking for an apartment ms.jai was a big help in answering all my questions & concerns 😊 the property looks very well kept , office is very welcoming and the staff is amazing here . Can’t wait to live here 🩷🩷
