Vision Properties Management Company

I rented a property of Vision's for a total of about 4.5 years. The office staff was always easy and pleasant to communicate with. The online portal made paying rent and submitting maintenance requests very simple. Maintenance was timely and efficient with issues. The maintenance manager, Skip, even got to me within 15 min on his day off to let me back into my home after I locked myself out. The owner, Andrew, is a great human being. He even came to my unit on the day I was leaving to personally wish me farewell. I had a great experience with this property management company and would rent from them again if I ever moved back to Bemidji!

Renting from Vision was a good experience until I moved out, and the maintenance and damage items were applied to the deposit statement. We have communicated back and forth about these specific items, and I was eventually told they do not need to respond as I had been sent the invoices, they are wear and tear. Also that I told an inspector when he was there. I was not present at the move-out inspection(before or after) as I had moved states by then. I requested to be informed of the date, time, and name of the inspector and got no response. I moved in directly after prior tenants, so had no knowledge if the unit was professionally cleaned(carpet too) and if it was repainted and such items beforehand. I was not answered when I asked. Vision properties were very fair landlords. Maintenance always replied and showed up in a timely manner. if you get the opportunity to rent with vision properties you shouldnt be disapointed I would strongly recommend them to rent from. If you have any concerns All the staff is very nice and Andrew is always willing to talk to you. Thank you vision properties for my time with you.

No verbal communication during the application process of any kind. Voicemail box says we will return your call. That never happened. Good people go through hard times and try to make it right by downsizing. We were never given an opportunity to share our situation. Fair housing law provides options to work with people. The Guarantor Company that works with this type of need might be a great asset to your company. I recommend looking into that. We were interested in long term but never even had an opportunity to prove ourselves. Sam was a great asset to your company. She was very personable and great with communication. Skip was also amazing to work with. Andrew was a great problem solver. We miss that about this company. Take care.
