My wife and I recently sold our lake cabin in the Bemidji area and owe a debt of gratitude to Sathre Title. Escrow officers, Maggie Cobble and Michelle Colliflower were outstanding! They collaborated with precision and, from title commitment to closing, just over a month. In addition, we received sale proceeds few hours after closing. The script could not have been played out any better! Also appreciated office administrator, Tara. She efficiently put me in touch with either Maggie or Michelle whenever I called.
