I needed a place to rent ASAP due to personal stuff and Andrea was able to meet with me very quickly and got me moved in within a week. Very friendly staff and great to work with when I had an issue with a paycheck. While I was only there for 1 lease cycle, I was very happy with my time there. Thank you Bemidji Property and especially Andrea!

Not sure how management is in the name. Don't expect anything to be fixed or anyone to maintain the place. They will always say they're going to fix something but it won't be done properly and sometimes it doesn't get fixed at all. Whenever you tell them something is wrong they will throw it back in your face later or blame you for it. I've been threatened with eviction at least 3x since I moved in. Be sure to keep every scrap of paper they give you so that they can't claim they've told you something later on. I asked for a shower door to be put back on the tracks (it was off when I moved in) and a week later they removed the door completely and replaced it with a dollar store curtain. New to town, filled out their rental application and was approved. I set up a showing for an apartment on a Tuesday afternoon based on Bemidji Property Management's availability. They contacted me and said they needed to reschedule the showing because the unit was still occupied. I was unavailable on Wednesday due to a work conflict, but took the earliest time they had available Thursday. Since it was occupied and I had a showing initially set up first I assumed I would be the first to see it when available. They called me Thursday morning and told me they had rented the property to someone else, but guess what, they did have another opening up at more than $200-250 more per month (they didn't know what the rent was going to be) that I could see, it was still occupied, but they could

Owner let herself into my rental with NO notice. Took over half my deposit for things I stated were wrong when I moved in and also sent my renters property tax refund to their own property I moved out of with having my new mailing address on file. Very unprofessional and will not be referring anyone to this rental company.

I have been renting from Property Professionals of Bemidji since October of 2016. When I moved into the apartment, it was impeccably clean. Repairs are handled in a timely manner. The staff has always been very friendly and polite. There are rules, of course, but nothing out of the norm. I would recommend working with or renting from this property management company.
