Highly recommend Todd Geiger at Grimes Realty. He helped us buy our first home in Bemidji and also helped us sell that home when we had to make a move for our careers. He was extremely helpful walking through the home we recently sold and telling us what we had to do for it to be in the perfect selling condition which made the inspection process easy during the sale of our home. He also explains things very well! If we return to Bemidji someday we would definitely use Todd again!

Do not work with Rachel Hagge. She’s unprofessional, avoids difficult conversations, and fails to communicate. She shifts her seller’s responsibilities to the buyers and agents to avoid their own (i.e. repairs). Promises unrealistic repairs—like a full roof replacement—then does patchwork. She allows sellers to renegotiate last minute, causing delays and added stress. Her lack of integrity extends to missed deadlines, incomplete repairs, and harboring post-closing issues. She tarnishes Grimes Realty’s reputation and is not the agent you want.

I highly recommend working with Rob and Kate! They work so hard for their clients. My house literally hit the market and had an offer within hours! The business also has a great big trailer that you get to use when you move. I will absolutely tell everyone I know about my experience and will use them again if I ever have to move again!

Sierra was a great agent to work with. She has excellent communication skills and is very organized. Sierra showed us the properties we were interested in and found another one she thought we might like and that's the one we purchased. She listens to what we wanted and worked hard on negotiating. I would highly recommend Sierra!!
