Virginia Square Townhomes

Have visited property several times dropping off customer food orders First time back in 3 years Not sure who owns property or type of housing it is But the appearance is less than appealing. Property is not maintained However, all gates into property were locked or closed this time Pretty quiet By the design and layout of the buildings it appears like it might have been a really nice location in the past. The area to the east and west of the property has been developed in the past couple of years except this lot Some property owners or property management companies choose not to maintain their properties

The manager, Erica, is very rude and disrespectful. With in the 5 minutes of meeting her, I wanted to walk away. She has an attitude problem. When I went to go pay my rent, she gave me stories about all my neighbors. She gave me personal stories of who was an immigrant, who was a party person, and who doesn’t pay the rent. I don’t need to know other people’s business. That just made me think what she says about me behind my back. She even yells at people’s children in an aggressive way with vulgar words. She also changed the lock in the apartment without letting us know. Her handyman also comes in without permission. I do not recommend living at this awful place. I’m glad to be leaving.

So I moved in with bedbugs and this place has been an absolute headache ever since from them trying to blame the bedbugs on me when I had never seen one in my life had to Google what they even were and the effects of them to having to pay for the extermination for eight months then finding out that the city said that they were responsible for the extermination two people breaking into my house and we having the paperwork left behind. And to think when I asked how am I supposed to find new roommates they suggested that I blamed the bed bugs coming from them. I am completely in awe that they are serving me an Unlawful detainer Two days late giving me three days to figure it out. Ain’t nobody want to live here anyways but the thing is is that they could’ve given me the proper Communication so

Apartments ok the owner very nice,the new manager is a big problem she's rude,and very disrespectful.she will ask all you visititor way are they visiting and shes always complaining about other renters to renters.also shes been sayng she's a ex militar (army) and the she will put everyone on place .she's very scary.she also is been asking around about legal status on the renters.

The houses are beutifull but a little expensive
