I just moved in and Leaira was my leasing agent! I just want to mention how sweet and helpful she was. Well deserved 5 star review for her!! Property manager and maintanence staff are wonderful as well. Everyone who works here are overall amazing and makes living here feel at home!!! My unit was thoroughly cleaned, easy to move in. Be aware of towing company though. Make sure you ask all necessary questions about visitors parking. They’ll tow your car for any reason. -N.A

Where do I even start? Like some of the other reviews mention, when I first moved in a few years ago things were actually pretty good. But after multiple management changes — and, honestly, a new wave of tenants — things went downhill quickly. I’ll try to keep this as realistic and unbiased as possible. Safety: This is the biggest issue. There have been countless break-ins, and I’d honestly say if you live here long enough, your car will get broken into. Despite years of reports, there’s still not a single camera in the parking garage — which, by the way, you’re paying for. Personally, I had two different cars broken into. One was involved in a hit-and-run in the garage, and on another occasion, the window was smashed. My other car was also broken into inside the gated garage, where peopl

This apartment community has been a great place to call home. The staff is always helpful and professional, and maintenance is prompt and efficient. The property is kept clean, and the neighbors are friendly. Overall, it’s been a positive living experience.

Not a good place to live. Car break-ins are common, random people knock on your door at all hours, and management is terrible. The front desk staff are consistently unpleasant and unhelpful. The ratings are misleading — they’re high mainly because of old reviews and a recent influx of suspiciously glowing “maintenance” reviews. Many mention Adam by name, but honestly, maintenance is mediocre at best. And even if maintenance were great, what good does that do when they can’t address the real problems — crime, safety, and residents stealing packages? Packages constantly go missing, and nothing meaningful is done about it. Maybe try INSTALLING CAMERAS INSTEAD OF PRETENDING maintenance praise fixes everything. Laughable. If you like having your mail stolen, car possibly being broken into, not picking up after your pets at the dog park, hallways or elevator and being as loud and disruptive as possible without any repercussions this is the PERFECT place for you. I encourage you live here if you have no decency or consideration for the people or property around you and want to get away with it without consequence. The rules here are optional because the worst management will do is try and call or email you which you can completely ignore! Don’t worry you won’t get in any trouble. If on the other hand you’re looking for a peaceful and decent place to live where your problems feel heard and management takes the initiative to actually help you and solve your problems after the first 2 complaints, then please, P
