Drake Manor Apartments

We here at Drake Manor have been given a awesome management team both Blanca & Haliey & our maintenance team have taken the time to make this complex a successful place to live. They have cleaned out all the crazy tenants and have made it a more peaceful joyous place to live. They engage with everyone here to make it feel like a big family where we all watch out for each other. They make our monthly events fun . Finally we have an awesome staff here . Thanks to our management team for everything.

Beautiful location. The management team really cares about the residents and upkeeping the space to the best their ability.

Ive been a resident over a year and have enjoyed living here but there are many issues with other residents that never get resolved. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property but people are constantly smoking cigarettes and weed in their apartments or on their patio/balcony which is connected to your own. During the summer the pool turns into a community pool where 30+ people who don't live here use it so forget about using it yourself. Just today there were two jumpers, a ferris wheel, alcohol, and a music in the grass behind my apartment and since it is the weekend the management isn't responding to my emails or phone calls. Nobody was notified and I hardly believe its legal. Forget about a police presence because Pomona PD doesn't respond this far north into their own territory. S

Definitely NOT heaven on earth... the guy, Chris Clemons, who said it is "heaven on earth" in an earlier review is the manager of the complex... just trying to make his sad failure sound better... the manager is absolutely rude and immature. Definitely not worth trying to deal with when applying and interviewing for the apartment. We wasted so much time and money because of this guy. If someone else was in charge then I might have actually followed through with my application for the apartment. UPDATE: he deleted his comment 😂😂🙄

They towed my car because they took out almost all the visitor parking. Not very nice for someone on a limited income. I'm 65 yrs old and it cost 330 for two hours.
