VIP Management is absolutely phenomenal! Mr. Scott is incredibly respectful, professional, and very helpful. I highly recommend them.

When I first moved to Ventura I found VIP while looking for a home to rent. Scott has always been respectful, responsive, friendly and professional with me. I've been renting one of the homes he manages for 2 years now. I've only ever had 3 or 4 maintenance issues during this time, but each time Scott has been quick to respond and take care of any issues. Scott has a great online support tool for renters that allows me to pay my rent online (which is a great time saver to avoid monthly trips to the post office for stamps or trips to the office to drop off payment) there is also a maintenance request portal that allows me to put in maintenance request. I recommend VIP whether you're a home owner looking for a management company or a renter looking for a roof over your heard.

Professionals, honest, very fast to check credit and get approval. In this day and age it's nice to know that there are people out there who can do buisness fair and do it right... thanks
