Rincon Property Management

First time using property management services. Rincon found the tenants for us, one of which has been a nightmare from day one causing endless problems and property damage. After all the trouble they caused, they gave us a 30 day notice that they are ending our contract and leaving us to clean up all the problems they got us in. To get rid of this trouble tenant, we have to pay them $5000 and can’t rent the unit afterwards for at least a year, causing extra financial stress for our family. We aren’t rich nor own multiple properties, just an ordinary family trying to get by. Perhaps some of this was a learning experience but very disappointed with Rincon. Throughout the whole process they lacked professionalism and competence, id highly recommended looking elsewhere if you need property man

I am very disappointed with the communication of this management. I first scheduled an appointment for 9 AM one day and that same morning they emailed me saying they couldn’t show it at 9 AM and for me to pick another time. I chose a Date that was two days later for 6 PM. Everything went well, I got the confirmation messages a day before and even hours before the showing. When we arrived at 6 PM to the unit we followed the instructions to receive the access code, however, no one picked up the call to give us the access code. We were there for about 25 to 30 minutes. I quickly emailed them and the next day called all the numbers that were given and no one picked up. I’m still waiting for a response and what makes things worse is that we are interested in another rental managed by this place

Do not ever rent a place from this property management place. They charged for $600 for cabinet being dirty (sauce dropping) after finally cleared for move out inspection. No comment was made during the move out inspection. Photos were requested for proof but never got ones. Also, even after I let them know I would return the key on Friday the manager told me the office will be closed in 40 mins and advised me not to return the key till Monday and I assured him not to charge the prorated rents for the weekend since we left on friday but he did charge sat sun monday. For 1 day late departure after living in a property for 12 months, the company took $700+ for legal fee and they tried to file an eviction. Total scam. Out of my $5200 deposit, I was only returned 2,700 and got the same respons

Rincon is always available to help with maintenance issues quickly and most of all efficiently. Any technician and/customer service personnel they have sent/talked to is professional, friendly, helpful, and most of all personable.

Had a great experience with this plumber! They quickly identified and resolved a leak, and even had the necessary parts on hand to fix it on the spot—no waiting or follow-up needed. Very polite, professional, and efficient. Highly recommend!
