I really want to thank Juan Jimenez & Naomi Gonzalez for helping me refinance my home. These two were awesome! They were friendly, professional, they work fast and not to mention they are super patient. It was my first time refinancing, so he made sure I understood everything and all my questions were answered. They communicate very well with you throughout the whole process. We were not first time homebuyers but that made no difference. Juan was the best from the beginning to the end of our new home purchase! The biggest mistake I made when buying my first home, was not working with Juan and his team from the start. I was three weeks into escrow when, initially working with a large bank, found out I was not going to move forward and might lose out on the houses. That was when I reached out to Juan; from there I was able to close in 15 days! Juan was extremely informative and I was able to gain knowledge throughout the whole process. I had so many questions, and Juan answered them all in a timely manner and sometimes after business hours (thank you). I also enjoyed that Juan gave me quick updates via text throughout the whole process. I had a very pleasant experience with the Juan. Since this was my first time house buying. He helped me get the best possible rate for my mortgage. He is very good at explaining the fine details in a way thats understandable for me. I believe he has amazing patients and could explain the details as many times as needed. I'm still not able to find someone who is at his par in terms of handling the clients. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a good mortgage lender.
