Colony Parc

I have lived at Colony Park since October of 2024. Throughout my time here, I have pleasantly enjoyed my experience from the Community itself and the professionalism of the management team. They have been nothing but supportive in addressing my questions/concerns as a resident and providing a safe, living space for myself. This is my first apartment and they made moving in a positive and undemanding experience. Darlene was the first person I met upon finding Colony Parc. She was very friendly and immediately brought a smile to my face. She made it easy to talk too and answered all my questions about the move in process in a professional manner. To this moment, she still is an advocate for addressing anything I have questions about and providing me with the appropriate resources. Overall,

Absolutely love it here. The office staff is always super friendly, helpful, and take care of matters very timely. The maintenance crew is also awesome. Israel and his guys are very friendly and always so helpful with the tasks requested. They make sure you are good and happy here. Also so appreciative of all the little perks they have for us residents and thoughtful events they put together. I highly recommended the Colony Parc.

My wife and I have loved living at Colony Parc so far! We’ve been here almost a year now and we hope to stay once our lease is up. The grounds are always well maintained and the amenities are really nice. Also, everyone in the leasing office is very helpful and attentive. We had such a great tour with Darlene and she has assisted us promptly with maintenance requests!

Every time I have ever set up a maintenance request, it has been completed same day. Every maintenance worker is respectful & comes to my home with a smile on their face ready to help in any way they can. Multiple times more than one thing needs to be corrected & even with that, every maintenance worker confirms that other things are not needed to be fixed. Really appreciate living at Colony Parc with maintenance that stays on top of the work that needs to be done!

I had a wonderful experience living at Colony Parc, thanks in large part to the amazing team—especially Darlene Garcia. She made both my move-in and move-out process incredibly smooth and stress-free. Darlene was always kind, responsive, and willing to help with anything I needed. I truly appreciated her support throughout my time here. I would happily recommend Colony Parc to friends and family—not only for the beautiful community, but for the exceptional service provided by their team.
