Vinty Apartments

I’ve had a great experience living at Vinty Apartments so far. The building is modern, clean, and well-maintained — from the common areas to the amenities, everything feels upscale and comfortable. The location is also super convenient, close to transit, shopping, and great food spots. What really makes the difference here is the staff. Isabel and Tajah have been incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional from the start. They make the whole move-in and living experience smooth and stress-free. Anytime I had a question or needed support, they were quick to assist with a positive attitude. Overall, Vinty has exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a stylish, welcoming place to call home with an amazing team, I highly recommend Vinty Apartments!

Im just waiting until my lease ends. Be prepared for your packages 📦 to get stolen, even though they have a package room and locker. Your package would be delivered today and wont be put in the package room until 3-4 days later. Forget it if you work overnight… you will have the building fire 🔥 alarms 🚨 going off once a month for hours on end for their “fire alarm testing”. I have NEVER LIVED IN A BUILDING WHERE THEY HAVE TO DO FIRE Alarm 🚨 testing every month! And when i say they are loud, they are loud! Fire pit outside doesnt work nor does the outside tv. All the amenities close at 8 pm daily like we are children…. And after all the fees they charge.. be prepared to pay $400-500 more monthly than what your rent is….no type of security at all..gym is not 24 hours. they let anyone walk

I lived in this building for two years and would strongly advise against it. The amenities rarely work, and the early curfews are ridiculous. It feels like residents are treated like children. Package handling is also a constant issue. Packages often go missing or are held for days before being put into the lockers. If you’re expecting something by a certain day, don’t count on it being available when it’s delivered. Most concerning, however, is the lack of care for tenant safety. During my time living here, I experienced a domestic violence situation involving someone who was not a tenant. This individual stole my key fob. I went to the front desk and calmly explained the situation, asking that my key fob be deactivated for my own safety. I am on the lease; he was not. My request was d

Shared amenities like hot tubs, grills, and fireplaces are frequently broken or unmaintained, but the management raises fees and charges with vague promises of improvements and maintenance. Gym equipment is also frequently broken. Hot water is often unavailable, packages are lost or stolen, and pet waste accumulates in the hallways. At this point, I’ve stopped reporting these issues because I don’t work for property management. During the hottest part of summer, the air conditioning system malfunctioned for four days without any compensation. The internet, which is mandatory, is out every other day for a couple of hours. If you want to share your complex with random homeless people who stay in the common areas overnight, choose the Vinty. If you want to deal with dog poop in the hallways and throughout the property, choose the Vinty. If you want to deal with loose dogs constantly on the property, choose the Vinty. If you want to deal with random fire alarms without any warning, choose the Vinty.
