Vintage Woods Apartment Homes

The only reason I had chosen this place to live (temporarily) was because it was the cheapest rent I could find during the short time I had when I was searching for apartments. However, the water/sewage/trash bill is pretty high (especially trash which is half the bill) as mentioned in a previous comment. Leasing Agents are very nice and always helpful, but sometimes are horrible at communication. There is no A.C. unit in our apartment so it would get up to 90 degrees inside during the summer time. I was told there was security roaming around during the night about 3 times, but have constantly heard things going on during the night, and doubt they are around checking the property. Be sure to LOCK your garage, as we have found 2 people who were not residents of the apartment in my garage. T

*2019 UPDATE* Rent goes up $100 every single year. Monthly water bill which includes trash and sewer is almost $100 for an apartment in which I barely even sleep in. I don't even want to bring the other bills up. If someone parks on your spot good luck getting the tow truck to come, it will take HOURS. Sometimes instead of replacing something broken they will find a way to "make it work". It can be a frustrating experience living here. Nice and quiet gated community. The inside is really basic so don't expect luxury. Rent is okay but bills are up in the sky.

This place should really get some security. Why have security gates if anyone is aloud in to dig in the trash and break into cars? The staff is nice is one good thing and also have had no problems with bugs personally. Walls could be thicker. Bring own ac for summer.

These apartments are a joke including management they have way to many issues to list laundry machines are either unplugged or not working properly, homeless or addicts always around. The gates are open most of the time so anyone could get in. The mail was broken into numerous times alot of structural damage around and extremely dirty. Management just knick picks at small petty issues.

If I could give these apartments a -0 I would. These are the most DISGUSTING, DIRTY, COCKROACH AND RAT INFESTED apartments I have ever lived in. There are MILLIONS of cockroaches in these apartments! The manager is always call pest control but they don't do anything but put this gel in your cabinets and it DOES NOT HELP! I'm so relieved I am moving out in just a few days! If you are looking for somewhere to live DO NOT RENT HERE! You will regret it. I seriously feel sorry for the next people who will rent our apartment:( P.s. These apartments look nice on the outside but on the inside it's hell! Please don't be fooled!
