Good visit I brought over a client and handed them off to Michelle. Only after visiting they found to make the home what they wanted it would be 300,000 -400,000 over their budget. Homes are still very beautiful
Poor management, some of the community lawn areas are dry ,like they are not being watered by the sprinklers, very unhappy with HOA, is full of people that doesn't live in the neighborhood, being here for almost a year and everybody is from out of town, of course they really dont care about the body. Sea Haven should do something to get the people runing this, elected by the people living in here ASAP
