Siesta Village Apartments

Love it here. Area is quiet. I get a lot of sun on my little patio. Management is friendly and personable. They respond and act quickly to any concerns or needs of assistance. I recently had a hawk fly through my window and they ran right over to help clean up the mess and were ready to help capture the bird 😊 Thankfully he flew back out the huge hole he made. I would recommend any single, couple or small family to live here.

I have been living here over 2 years and this is literally the best little community I’ve lived in. It’s quiet, the neighbors are friendly, the management and owners are attentive, they answer all calls, texts right away! Currently waiting to see if a 2 bedroom becomes available if we need a bigger apartment I want it to be here…. This is the best apartment living experience ever! Everything is nice and working if it’s not it’s fixed within a day or two. The maintenance is always around and responds within like half an hour, I’ve never had to wait for anything to be fixed the very few times I’ve needed repairs

I lived at Siesta Village Apartments for many years, in multiple apartments. I started in a 1 br and moved to a 2 br with a patio which I really enjoyed. I would recommend because of the quick response and good service by the property manager plus everything works, heat, water, sockets, laundry etc, otherwise just call and it's usually taken care of quickly. In the second apartment, the dishwasher stopped working, we called, and we recieved a new dishwasher in a day or so. Super nice neighbors, safe and quiet neighborhood. Good for families and singles alike. Rent is pretty cheap for the area and Marina is growing fast with new bars, restaurants, and a shopping center coming soon. We moved in excitedly in 2019. We sold our house and needed a little apartment for a year or two. I was only disappointed in the carpet because it was really stained and worn. We of course upgraded to good quality large area rugs. We needed to give our notice after 14 months because of a death in the family. We left it so much better than we got the apartment. It is our rule to always be a great example. We received our deposit $270 short because of shampoo and cleaning windows

I did not live here but my best friend and her boy friend did. I thought the floor plan was great! It reminds me of the apartment I grew up in. They never had problems or complained about neighbors. I visited frequently in both the day and nighttime and noticed that its a very quiet and clean complex. I would recommend these townhouses to anyone.
