Marina Del Sol Apartments

Beautiful location. Very close to the dunes, parks, waking trails, beach, library and plenty of shopping in Marina. We got the newly renovated unit with big windows, and new floors, so enjoyed our stay a lot. Trevor from the management was great. He was there for us whenever we needed it. We will definitely recommend Marina del Sol Apartments!

Zero privacy. Onsite manager always watching and asking about visitors. 😡 I have never seen so many cockroaches in my life. Appliances old and broken, heater didn't work. Worst apartment ever.

Well, to be as fair and objective as possible, I will try to give a balanced review. While I hope my experience is not typical of other residents, it is none the less true, and I feel it is important that people know about it before they rent there. Pros... 1. Great location, close to the beach, Wal-mart, parks, and city hall. 2. Big soccer field located next door makes up for the lack of outdoor space in the complex. 3. Application process was quick and painless. 4. Complex was generally quiet and clean. Cons... 1. They raised the rent twice in less than a year, $100 extra each time. 2. The maintenance mam was monitoring my teen daughter's bedroom window. I know this sounds crazy, but it is true. 3. Did not allow me to have cabinets repaired at my own expense (because I did not

So I have verbal conversation with the housing manager about my pet being allowed and she says it's fine. I fill out all the paperwork in one night and bring it back the next day with the $30 fee. The next day she calls and says she talked to the "owner" and now my pet isn't allowed and won't give me my fees back. I would have never applied if pets weren't allowed and she clearly mislead me. I would get everything in writing by this "owner" you're not allowed to meet before you give them any money.

Nice, clean, close to the beach... units are rather small though
