Close proximity to most of the restaurants, parks and grocery outlets. Good walk score. The property manager Christine is very friendly and helps you in every possible way. Maintenance staff gets issues resolved quickly. We had great time renting there. Amenities like gym and pool are in great condition and useful.

I’ve truly loved living in this community. The property is always spotless and well-maintained, the environment is peaceful, and the level of care from the staff is exceptional. Christine, in particular, has been outstanding—consistently helpful, attentive, and willing to go above and beyond. The entire team is always on top of everything, from maintenance to communication, which made living here feel effortless and welcoming. Although I’m moving because my family recently purchased a home, it was not an easy place to leave. I genuinely recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and exceptionally well-managed place to live.

We lived at the Villas for about five years and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The community is well-managed - Christine (the property manager) and Caesar (maintenance support) do an excellent job keeping everything running smoothly. They work as a great team, always responsive and quick to resolve any issues that come up. The common areas are clean, well-maintained, and easy to access, which adds to the overall comfort of living here. We did experience a few instances of package theft over the years, but they were relatively rare and not a major concern. Overall, it's been a wonderful place to live - safe, convenient, and cared for by a team that truly takes pride in their work.
