Santana Terrace Apartments

Update: We had some routine maintenance completed by Zack and he was very kind, thorough, prompt and respectful of our space. We weren’t home one of the times he came by and he made sure to send us status updates on our work orders. It’s nice to have someone on site that follows up and makes sure you’re taken care of. 10/10! This property checks off all the boxes with the option for garage parking, central A/C and heating, washer/dryer in unit, amenities like a pool and gym, deck on the top floor, valet trash, package lockers and overall security due to controlled access (key fob). It’s extremely quiet, even on the weekends. The location is perfect because it’s walking distance from the mall and there’s lots of restaurants nearby. Santana Terrace has been an absolute pleasure to live in! From the moment I moved in, the entire experience has been fantastic. The apartments themselves are well-maintained, spacious, and the community is peaceful and quiet. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the maintenance team, especially Zack. Any time I've had a request, no matter how small, Zack has responded with incredible speed and professionalism. He's not only skilled and efficient but also genuinely friendly and goes the extra mile to ensure everything is perfect. It’s rare to find a community where you can rely on the maintenance staff so completely. I highly recommend Santana Terrace to anyone looking for a wonderful place to call home. The quality of the apartment and the exceptional service make it a top choice.

I stayed here for over 1 year and it was a very pleasant experience. The location is close to Valley Fair and Walgreens and it is very well-equipped with a very new gym and recreation area. The environment is also really quiet. You even can see the sunsets and sunrises from the room. The most important thing is the management staffs are very nice, especially Silencia, who has been very patient and helpful in answering my questions every time. Unfortunately, I needed to move due to a job transfer, but truly recommend it to everyone!

I lived here for a year, and it was probably the best apartment I've rented in the last 10 years. Silencia was always very responsive and helpful
