I recently toured the apartment community and had a great experience thanks to Zaid from the leasing office. He was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire tour. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained the amenities clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable without any pressure. What stood out most was how professional and friendly he was — you can tell he genuinely cares about helping people find the right place. The tour was well organized, informative, and enjoyable.

I recently toured the Passero Santa Clara apartments and was genuinely impressed with both the community and the overall quality of the facility. The property is only about nine months old, and it absolutely shows—everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The apartments themselves are beautiful, with high-end finishes and smart details like soft-close cabinets, which add a quiet, polished feel and really elevate the space. I also really appreciated the full-size Samsung washer and dryer in the unit, which is a huge plus compared to the small, stacked machines typically found in most apartments. The community amenities are equally impressive. Having two gyms is a major advantage, and both are well-equipped, clean, and clearly designed with residents’ convenience in mind. T

It’s often hard to find a community that balances amenities and management well, but this building really delivers. The property itself is well-maintained and has a great atmosphere. One of my absolute favorite parts about living here is the hot tub—it is a fantastic amenity to have right on-site and is perfect for relaxing after a long day. I toured Passero Apartments last Saturday and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The leasing agent who assisted us (a gentleman with dyed blonde hair — I didn’t catch his name) displayed a noticeably unprofessional attitude throughout the tour. He spoke very softly, lacked enthusiasm, avoided eye contact, and seemed disengaged while explaining the property. More concerning was his tone. He came across as impatient and dismissive. When we asked questions, his responses felt reluctant, and at times he appeared unwilling to elaborate. It gave the impression that answering our questions was a burden rather than part of his role.
