I’ve really enjoyed living at Timberleaf Apartments — it’s a well-maintained community with clean grounds and a welcoming feel. I especially want to recognize Ron from maintenance. He does an outstanding job and truly goes above and beyond. He has assisted me promptly with several requests, always responding quickly and getting the job done right. He’s professional, courteous, and takes the time to explain what he’s fixing if needed. It’s clear he cares about the residents and about doing quality work. Having someone so reliable and efficient handling maintenance gives great peace of mind. I’d also like to thank Miguel and Jazmine from the leasing office. Loving this place so far! Zero issues moving in and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The complex is very neat and calm. Also shoutout to Victor, the maintenance manager at Timberleaf, who is super responsive and every time I have a maintenance request, it’s resolved super fast. Highly recommend this place to anyone who’s considering moving!

We recently moved into Timberleaf Apartment. Although we had some issues with the in-unit appliances at first, the management and maintenance team resolved them quickly and thoroughly. A big thank you to Victor and Ron from the skillful maintenance team for their professionalism and hard work. They took the time to inspect, replace and ensure everything was working perfectly. We also truly appreciate the manager Miguel for listening to our concerns and making sure the issues were addressed properly. Thanks to their efforts, our home is now in great shape, and we are very happy with the outcome. It’s clear that the team here is committed to resident comfort and service.

I’ve lived at The Timberleaf for three years now, and this is actually my second time here — I also lived here from 2014 to 2016 before moving out of state. It’s been wonderful to come back, especially because of the fantastic maintenance team. Ron deserves special mention — he’s always friendly, professional, and quick to help. He doesn’t just fix problems; he often spots and takes care of things before they even become issues. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about residents’ comfort and safety. The community is quiet, clean, and well managed, and I’m grateful to live somewhere where great people like Ron make such a difference every day.

Moved here a month ago ! Been really happy with everything here so far. Living space : The community is really wonderful, plenty of trees and water to keep the nature aesthetic going! It amazes me how quiet it is, all you can hear at times is the water flowing and birds . Rarely have we had noisy neighbors or someone talking on their phone loudly outside . Minimal to none SJC flight noise! The crew : One of the main reasons for us choosing this place to live was the property manager Miguel who showed us around . Such a gentle and friendly person who genuinely cares for the residents and the well being of the property . After having seen over 5-6 other apartments in the neighborhood we went with this for the community and the incredible hospitality that Miguel showed us! Walkability :
