Villas of Cocoa

We are going into our second year here at Villas Of Cocoa. The manager on site is Brandi. She does an excellent job making sure that pest control is here frequently to make sure we don't have any problems with insects. I've never had to wait more than a day and most times immediately anytime I put in a repair request. The maintenance guy Dave does an excellent job.He's a very talented individual . I've never seen him have any trouble repairing any problem that we might have and the price of rent is competitive ,they're somewhat selective on who they will take his tenants and this keeps a lot of problems out of the community which I'm thankful for, we hardly ever see a police presence in this community. It's safe great place for kids nice place if you have a dog or a cat, we don't have a do

I moved in back in March, I personally love it here, it’s very quiet, no one bothers me and macitence always repairs and issues quickly. The apartments are very old however for the price and how good the staff responds I can’t complain. Only downfall is the light bill is incredibly high due to the AC unit not giving good insulation.

Lived here for the last three years. Great apartment complex with affordable prices. Washer and dryer hookups is each apartment is a plus. Brandi spears the superintendent is A-1 and always approachable and solves problems asap. Would recommend 10/10 times.

Villas of Cocoa is a clean, quite complex conveniently located across from the college, and within walking distance from shopping and other local businesses. The management is professional and courteous. Definitely a nice place to call home!

I moved here back in April 2021. I didn't do my research like I should have. The owners haven't been very nice to me. I was out of work on medical leave for 3 MONTHS I got help from the our florida program and still waiting for them to approve my application. They haven't been willing to work with me to get caught up. It breks my heart that your trying and they don't want to help you out. These landlords shouldn't have an issue with helping tenants ... ..
