Integra Trails

I lived at Integra Trails for a little over a year, and I have nothing but good things to say about the apartment and community. All amenities included (especially the gym, valet trash, appliances, and nature preserve view, etc.) either met or exceeded my expectations. The apartment also had easy access to both 528 and 95, making travelling around the area easy. Whether it was driving to Orlando or to the Cape, I could be on the highway in >5 minutes. On top of that, the location felt safe, and from my personal experience, was safe. Finally, the front office staff and maintenance personnel were timely in responding to and rectifying any issues I had. This was true from my first visit to the time I left. Came to the property recently for viewing and was very impressed! The agent that took care of us was Paige. Paige was very helpful and knowledgeable about the property, move in procedures and was able to refer me to things to do in the area as I will be new to it. The property itself self has beautiful amenities, pool is the best I saw of all the apartments I had seen. The complex is in a cozy area but also close if you decide to go out into town. If you planning to move check this out before making a decision its top of the list.

I literally like love Emma so much and rock and Kathy. Everyone is so nice up here. I do recommend come up here and find you a nice place to live. It’s the best decision me and my husband I’ve ever made.

Two words. Paige Phoenix. The level of service AMAZING!!! ALL of the integra trails staff is phenomenal!!! If it wasn’t for an out of state job opportunity I would’ve never left. Quality of living I 100% recommend this community.

management and maintenance are helpful and quick to address problems. the amenities are all well kept and the nature preserve view is amazing. however, a big downside to living here is how thin the floors are. you can hear your upstairs neighbor move throughout their entire apartment.
