Cocoa Grand

What a fantastic place for the Cocoa Community. The location is quiet, close to the city and the highway and a great pool area for cooling off. Glenda and her team run the complex well and care about the property and the residents. If you are looking for a comfortable dog friendly community on the Space Coast, take a look at Cocoa Grand Apartments.

Cocoa Grand’s staff is amazing. I have personally worked with Kim at the front desk for the last 8 months and she has resolved any issues that have popped in a timely manner. Everyone on the staff is super friendly and they want to make you time there memorable. 10/10 would recommend this apartment complex to any future residents of the Coco Area.

I currently have an apartment at Cocoa Grand! My experience her has been nothing but 5 star. My Leasing agent KIM goes above and beyond if I ever need anything. If you are looking to get into a nice apartment call Kim she will do whatever it takes for you too!!!!

I couldn’t believe how big these apartments are. I downsized from a house and was really concerned about my things fitting in an apartment… my 2b2b is 1635sqft and has an office. I was blown away. Gym is open 24hrs too. Office staff is very kind Kim came out and treated me immediately and Kelli offered me water. I immediately felt accepted.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Smooth easy process to love in and very accommodating since I’ve moved in. Haven’t really had any issues but if I do Kim is always on top of it ready to go above and beyond.
