We are new to the area and his understanding of the market was instrumental in us figuring out where we wanted to be and feeling comfortable making an offer. The whole experience was a blessing. We got to look at many properties, that were in our range, and had the features we desired, with the team working with us at various hours, due to our work days. It didn't take very long to find our forever home, and after that, Dan advised us on mortgage companies, insurance companies, and all that we needed to complete our deal. Absolutely would recommend Dan all day long! I had another Realtor who I used on multiple houses, unfortunately he decided to move to Alaska. He referred me to Dan, but before he did I had connected with another Realtor. What a mistake that was, she supposedly was willing to work with me. ( I was a Realtor in New Jersey for over 30 years!) She did the listing and asked me to review the listing. I did and requested a few changes. They made some but chose not to do others. A week later after an open house I requested another change, she called me and very rudely said that she would make this change, but that is it, no more changes and if I wanted to use her I would have to deal with it or cancel the agreement. I said "cancel the agreement".! I called Dan and explained what had happened and
