Villas at Lakewood

I have lived in these apartments for over 4 years and the new management team is AMAZING 👏 Rebecca as always so kind and helpful when I come into the office💕 They are all so sweet and make it an effort to make sure everything is taken care of. I love the positive changes taking place in our apartments! The gym is so nice✨️ Thanks Rebecca & everyone for all of your hard work and dedication 👍

DO NOT RENT HERE I pay 2,000 a month here. NO ONE HAS CAME TO FIX STUFF I HAD EMAILED THE OFFICE ABOUT SINCE I MOVED IN MONTHS AGO. I moved in and cabinets had damage, so did closet doors. I didn’t make a big deal since it’s minor damages I documented. I reported my dryer a couple months ago and it took 3 months to get replaced. So much money I had to spent going to a laundromat and now my washer doesn’t work. I reported it and they never got to it. I even tried to fix myself and had no luck. I reported it again and I’m hoping they come and fix soon cause it’s not fair to pay so much rent and not even be able to wash in your own apartment. Highly regret ever moving here.

This place is decent for the most part.It's got a lot of amenities such as a pool a gym a barbecue place a lot more than others and there's even a jacuzzi. As far as management, there are alright for the most part.Takes a while to get stuff handled if you need something replaced or done.

I have been living here for over a year and so far I HAVE 0 complaints. Overall the whole apartment experience has been a 10/10. The office ladies are the nicest ladies I have met in a while. they are very helpful and pleasant to be around. I have never had any issues with maintenance. Looking forward to living here for a while!!❤️🫶🏼

Washing machine was off balance, parts broken, they came to look, said they would order the part. Still nothing. 7 months later now there is mold in the washing machine. They won’t replace it, because it has to go through a “checklist” before they can replace it. But yet nothing gets fixed and just is forgotten. Horrible complex, raise rent but yet can’t keep the apartments cleaned and up to date. Will definitely be getting out of here asap.
