Villas at Homestead Apartments

Highly recommended!! Love the lay out of our unit, amenities, everyone here is quiet and friendly. Safe neighborhood and love having Willow Trail right here. Maintenance and staff are quick to respond and I’ve recommended this place to many friends.

This is a great complex, with clean and well thought out apartment designs. Management is always available during office hours and is very professional and attentive. The maintenance staff is great! The complex is always well maintained. A bonus is the Willow Creek open space and trails adjacent to the apartment, great for hiking, biking and dog walking. I bought a home, otherwise I would be still living there.

Lived here for a year, we have had multiple leaks, roof falling in, fridge and freezer goes out every month, none of the screens fit on windows. The leaks caused MOLD that we tested for and were positive. The plumbing people that came to fix it even admitted it was mold. Front office staff denied and refused to help us so many times! do not move in unless you want to be breathing in painted over mold.

Mary was an amazing person to meet. She was so funny and kind. It was lovely meeting her.

The type of apartment you can't wait to move out of before you've even moved in. Upon move in, our unit was not ready, still needed paint, blinds, etc, Lindi did not have an ETA when it would be completed until I pushed for a date. We were given one front door key, no mail keys, and no activity keys, we were told these keys would be made and placed in our kitchen draw 'at some point'. That did happen, except we were not given activity keys. We brought this to management attention and we had to fight for the keys as they did not believe we didn't get them. Our dryer had no duct work, was not hooked up to the wall, was spraying lint everywhere until we finally noticed a couple months in. Huge fire risk, luckily maintenance took care of it quickly. They towed my partner's car that he had okay
