I had a house that we listed in the fall and it was vacant. My sellers agreed to stage it after a month plus of good showing activity but no offers. We immediately had an uptick of showings and online views with the new photos of the staged home. The young couple that bought it actually saw the original listing and only decided to go look at it after it was staged and the new photos came out. Stacey did a wonderful job and the house really came together. She showed how the space could be used versus the vacant pictures with big empty rooms.
