Nicole and Eric went above and beyond to help us with some creative funding. Eric helped us find a company that would let us do a short-term home equity line of credit so we could put money down on our new home and move in prior to listing our old house. When we ran into documentation issues due to our trust, Nicole found us someone to correct the paperwork for us on a SUNDAY and got it to the bank so we could close in time. Due to their work, we were able to close on our new house and get our old one listed before the winter. On top of all that, they sent a really nice personalized closing gift after close. It really felt like they were on our side and working for us through the whole process.

So incredibly happy and content with Cara and Nicole handling our loan application from start to finish. They were super accommodating, understanding and flexible given our circumstances as young home buyers / owners who had to sell off their previous property before buying a new one. They also kept us on top of deadlines given a really quick turnaround. Highly recommend the Rueth Team - we would work with them again!
