Villas at Carrington

I am a current renter and I absolutely love it here. It is a very quiet and peaceful place to live. They keep every apartment up-to-Date, have community events, and are quick with maintenance requests. The scene in the field in the winter is beautiful as well! We will be staying here as long as we can. Great management and great communication.

I lived here for two years, and no complaints at all. Management is great and responsive. They keep the property clean and overall great place to rent from.

The Villas were my home for a little over a year and a half, and it was one of the best apartment experiences I have ever had (and I have had quite a few). The property managers are wonderful, friendly, and kind, as well as extremely responsive. I have to especially mention Shelby Kope, as she is wonderful to work with, and goes above and beyond to assist her tenants! Thank you, Shelby, for such a fantastic experience and for all that you do!!!

Thought this was supposed to be some sort of a green community with gardens and solar panels…etc, with a LEED certification? I’de like to see it! Been watching it for a few years now and it’s your typical multilevel apartment houses.
