Villas at Alexander Bay

I lovedthere at first until I got messed over on the rent 3 different prices then the fleas took maintenance was sorry apartment got flooded 3 times had to do my own roach and flea spray it's not worth 998.00

My mom stays in these apts and has had problems with one commode since she moved here in july,the dishwasher needs fixing,lots of little things not done at all.overcharged for rent for the first 2 months she moved in here.need more help from management and maintenance.thanks

4 yrs there an they rob me of a referral fee of 800.00...an manage deliberately didn't put me on the ppl I referral application an I Rene at the corporate office went alone with the deception, I'm sure she got a commission for lying telling me it's on the way. But u get wht give out. It's not Shady Creek any more it's villa of Alexander Bay. Jus don't refer anyone, took 6 Mos to get my carpet shampoo. The only thing I really ask for is spraying for the ROCHES. previous manager was worse left my door open bc apartment on top roof caved in an I gave my code so they could get the water out my apartment an manager left my door open when I drove up door wide open an nobody in there jewelry stolen an 20.00 legs taken off my TV, had to file a claim on my insurance. I have been a resident here going on eight years now. The lay out is designed well for those of us who are mobility impaired and I have always felt a sense of safety and security living here. The management is diligent in getting things done and I have always found her to be very respectful. The property is well maintained which gives the residents a sense of pride in calling this home.
