Villages of Greene Valley

Been here a few months now and I am starting to regret choosing to live here. The parking situation is terrible here. If you are getting home any later than 6, you won't be able to find a parking spot anywhere near the building you live in because there are barely enough parking spots for the amount of residents that live on the property. People smoke weed all the time in their apartments here and nothing is done about it. A package of mine got stolen and the office does nothing. The people who live here are terrible neighbors and play music too loud. And to top it off, literally every time I call the office, there is nothing they can do about basic situations. Super friendly, but absolutely useless and only there to take your hard-earned money via rent. DON'T COME TO LIVE HERE

The section 8 usual suspects are ruining the community here. We all know it, we’re not allowed to say it. They harass us when we mind our own business, even their little kids no older than 10. They ruin everything they inhabit and I’m tired of pretending it’s a misunderstanding or they’re not ALL like that. It’s not okay and we shouldn’t have to put up with it. That being said this is the best apartment complex out of all of them in Woodridge, and it’s unfortunate a small amount ruin it for the rest of the good people who live here.

I'm trying to get in here it's nice since I been there I love Woodridge Illinois and it's small nice and beautiful and quiet here. I can't wait til my turn next my forever home! The people there are nice they work with you it's the time you have to get in. Hurry inspector! Please

Lived here for a few years and enjoyed my time here! Very nice apartment with very good amenities! Maintenance is very good at doing repairs quick! and the office are great at answeting questions/concerns! Unfortunately the laundry/washer situation in the apartment complex isnt the best. There is only one washer/drier per complex that holds 8 units. Doing laundry was basically impossible as they were either always in use or people where terrible at removing their laundry in the timely matter. Also, the walls are pretty thin, we had the neighbor downstairs complain everytime my toddler walked around during the day, which ultimately made us move since she would bang on the ceiling. I moved here in November 2019. My unit is on the second floor and fully remodeled. I am very happy with the cleanliness of the unit, the professionalism of the leasing management staff, and the timeliness of the maintenance workers. I haven't had many requests for repairs, but the very minor issues that I had were quickly fixed, and if there were delays, excellent communication skills were demonstrated by the staff. My building is overall very quiet, with just one neighbor who sometimes likes to play loud music, but never too late. The property management has a schedule for various stages of repairs and updates to the common areas, which I appreciate. I am adjusting to life in an apartment after having been in a large single family residence. This location has made that transition e
