Retreat at Seven Bridges

We have been living here for three years and still love it like the first day we moved in. The community has a lot of cool people here. It’s in DGN High School district which is a 9/10 rating, the Junior High is a 10/10. Full amenities: gym, pool, sauna, balcony, golf view, in unit laundry, vaulted ceilings, wood burning fireplace, storage, garage, club house, party room, grilling areas, car wash station. Golf Course in your backyard! Neighbors don’t steal packages here. The grounds are kept immaculate. The management is always professional and timely, don’t listen to that one negative review ( person with 1 review on their account - yea not credible) seems unreasonable and petty! It is disappointing that management would allow another tenant to post commentary that is retaliatory against me, rather than addressing the substance of legitimate concerns. (Donata) I want to note that reviews reflect PERSONAL experiences and opinions. Dismissing feedback simply because it is negative does not change the facts of that experience. We moved to The Retreat at Seven Bridges site unseen. Elyse and Beth were wonderful! Elyse took a video of the apartment for us, so we could see it better. Once we got here we were so happy with our apartment! We knew we made the right choice. We had a couple of repairs, and maintenance was there the same day! We are very happy to call this home!

I absolutely love our new home. The view is breathtaking and the space is exactly what my family needs. I love being able to make a quick call and have "handy man" things taken care of. It's quiet, peaceful and serene and walking distance to Starbucks and other amenities. I am very happy to call my new place home.

OMG! Where do I start ? Thank you so much “Beth Warnecke” for making this experience amazing! When I first came for my tour you were so nice. You lead the way and gave me so much information about the apartments and the community. We laughed while we were riding on the cart for the tour and you explained the entire process to me. Your knowledge/presence alone is undeniable and unforgettable. Thank you for making me feel welcomed and at home ! I enjoyed every bit of our conversation.
